Through a similar iterative process, we bring your curb appeal to life. Envision the architectural forms taking shape, the materials defined, and the decorative elements placed. BLACK AND WHITE WALKTHROUGH
To solidify your design vision, we generate a final black-and-white 3D model. You’ll experience your home’s layout and massing firsthand with in-office VR walkthroughs. By donning VR goggles and embarking on a realistic tour, you can move forward with complete confidence in the design before construction documents are started.

CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS
With all design elements approved, we transition to the crucial stage of construction documentation. We work in close partnership with our engineering team to develop a complete, permit-ready set of drawings and specifications. This comprehensive package, fully compliant with local building codes, provides the essential blueprint for the construction of your new home.

INTERIOR DESIGN
With construction documents in progress, we shift our focus to the heart of your home—the interiors. We’ll guide you through multiple selection meetings and immersive 3D walkthroughs, where every detail—from tile patterns to lighting choices—is thoughtfully considered. Collaborating with you and our trusted local suppliers, we’ll create an interior that’s both beautiful and functional.
Already Working with an Architect?
We’re always happy to collaborate. If you bring your own plans, our team can review, refine, and seamlessly carry them forward into construction. We can also step in where your architect left off—translating existing drawings into immersive 3D walkthroughs, refining the design, and fully defining the interiors. We believe in teamwork, and we specialize in bridging the gap between design and build to ensure nothing is lost in the transition.
